Shipping policy

 

 

At Pace Active Designs Private Limited we aim to deliver your items to your doorstep within 5 working days from the date your order is processed.

Returns

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed with tags, in its original packaging and your request must be sent to us within 3 days of delivery. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Discounted or Sale items are not eligible for return. 

To start a return, you can write to us at returns@pace-active.com including the following details: 

1: Your Order Number

2: Product Name/ Style code 

3: Size/ Colour of product purchased

4: A picture of product in its original condition and box

5: Reasons for return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The transit time for returns to reach us could be up to 7 days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, without tags, or with any marks or stains will not be accepted. Once your return reaches us and is inspected, the refund will be initiated.

The pickup for domestic India returns will be arranged by us free of charge once the return is accepted by us. Sale or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

In International cases we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed with all tags, in its original packaging and your request must be sent to us within 3 days of delivery. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note you can only exchange an item once. Once exchanged, the item cannot be returned. Items bought on sale are final and cannot be exchanged.

The fastest way to exchange an item is to drop us an email at customercare@pace-active.com within 3 days of arrival of order including the following details:

1: Your Order Number

2: Product Name/ Style code 

3: Size/ Colour of product purchased

4: A picture of product in its original condition and box

5: Reasons for return

6: Request for the product you would like to exchange item in hand for

Once you hear from us and your exchange is approved, please follow the given instructions in order to process the request.

Please note, exchanges are not possible incase the order was delivered outside India. 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please note Pace Active Designs Private Limited holds the right to refuse your return at our discretion. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make sure your order is replaced accordingly.

 

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on Sale, discounted items and gift cards. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like swimwear or inner wear. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges on discounted items or gift cards.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

Please note your order cannot be cancelled once it has been processed.
